Fees & Charges
New fees and charges came into effect from 1 July 2011.
LINZ publishes the following fee schedules:
- Land record order fees
- Landonline fees and charges (see also how to lodge a manual dealing)
- Landonline Bulk Data Extracts (BDEs)
- Overseas Investment Office schedule of application fees
- Valuers Registration Board fees (published in the current Registration Requirements Manual).
