Unit Titles Act 1972 Review: Public Consultation 2006

The Department of Building and Housing (DBH) is leading the review of the Unit Titles Act 1972. The DBH is now consulting on its discussion document "Options for Change" and invites you to make a submission.

If you own, occupy, manage or are professionally associated with an apartment, townhouse, shop or office in a building which has a body corporate, the proposals in this discussion document could affect you. The discussion document outlines a set of proposals for possible changes to the Act.
