Changes to LINZ Fees due to GST Increase

On 1 October 2010 GST is increasing to 15%. All LINZ fees will increase (by around 2%) to account for the GST increase, taking effect on 1 October 2010.

We will be updating all publications and web pages with correct fee information as it is available.

Survey and title customers can find a Table of Fees on the Landonline website which has been updated to incorporate the GST changes.
