Offers Invited for Legal Publications

Land Information New Zealand’s Christchurch Processing Centre invites offers from any interested party for the legal publications listed below.

Offers will be accepted on the basis that all successful parties are responsible for the collection and transportation of the records at their cost.

Offers will be accepted up to 5pm on Friday 20 August 2010 and should be addressed to:

Successful parties will be notified by 25 August 2010, and the publications are required to have been uplifted by 3 September 2010.

1. The New Zealand Government Gazette
   
   A full bound set of the New Zealand Gazette from 1854 to 2008. Unbound from April 2008 to October 2008. This set is currently shelved and the shelves are available at no extra cost if required.
   
   
2. NZ Statutes and Reprinted Statutes
   
   A full bound set of New Zealand Statutes dated from 1931 to 2005. Reprinted Statute Volumes 1 to 42.
   
   
3. NZ Statutory Regulations
   
   A full bound set of New Zealand Statutory Regulations dated from 1854 to 2005.
   
   
4. NZ Law Reports
   
   A full bound set dated from 1953 to 2003.
   
   
5. NZ Law Journal
   
   A bound set dated from 1936 to 2000.
   
   
6. Gazette Law Reports
   
   A bound set dated from 1898 to 1952.
