Fees and charges GST increase

GST has increased to 15%. As a result all LINZ fees and charges have increased (by around 2%). The new fees took effect on 1 October 2010.

All publications and web pages have been updated with the correct fee information.

Survey and title customers can find a Table of Fees on the Landonline website which has been updated to incorporate the GST changes.

Overseas Investment Office fees and charges have also been updated in its Schedule of Application Fees.
