LINZ Names IT Supplier

In June this year, Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) went out to tender for a single supplier for the supply of outsourced IT services.

LINZ has selected Datacom to deliver the outsourced IT services from April 2011.

Datacom was selected based on value for money, flexibility, depth of experience, and transparency. They showed comprehensive understanding of the LINZ business and technology environment.

Datacom will supply IT production support, IT infrastructure management, and application development, maintenance, and support services.

LINZ will now engage with Datacom to finalise the contract. These discussions are expected to be complete by the end of December 2010.
