Notice of intention - Crown Pastoral Land (Rent for Pastoral Leases) Amendment Act 2012

The Valuer-General hereby gives notice of intention to make rules under section 23O for the assessment and determination of rent for pastoral lease land pursuant to Section 23O (3) (a) of the Crown Pastoral Land (Rent for Pastoral Leases) Amendment Act 2012. The Act will come into force on the earlier date of, 180 days after it receives the Royal Assent, or a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.
