Summary

The purpose of this standard is to ensure that the geospatial accuracy framework (LINZS25005) is consistently applied across LINZ cadastral survey and control system datasets. The standard defines the tiers and classes that are used to classify the network and local accuracy of LINZ data. It also states how these classifications are combined into the orders that are implemented in Landonline.

This standard comes into effect on 21 September 2009. It will be implemented into Landonline and the Geodetic Database at the same time as the Rules for Cadastral Survey 2010, which is planned for May 2010 [actual date to be confirmed].
