Summary

This ruling exempts boundary reinstatement surveys that comply with rules 11.1(a)(i) to (iv) from having to comply with rules 11.1(a)(v) to (viii) of the Rules for Cadastral Survey 2010.  This will mean that a wider range of boundary reinstatement surveys will be permitted to be recorded in monumentation CSDs.
