Customer Support

Customer Support staff take and help resolve all LINZ 0800 ONLINE (0800 665 463) number calls, as well as dealing with all electronic and mail contact. The team is therefore often the first point of contact LINZ customers have with the organisation. Find out how to contact us.

Customer Systems

Customer Systems has responsibility for internal customer system projects. They manage the Landonline application (find out about Landonline) including enhancements and rollouts and providing Landonline Bulk Data Extracts.

National Processing

National Processing provides operations know-how to Customer Services, including processing survey and title transactions, helping resolve customer issues and working to automate and improve manual processes. Find out more in our guide to land surveying & title registration.

Specialist Processing & Data Management

The Specialist Processing and Data Management team provides centralised data collection, management, maintenance and distribution functions for LINZ charts and hydrographic services, maps and topographic services, geodetic system and electoral support.

Customers

The Customers team works to ensure LINZ achieves its customer strategies and delivers excellent products and services. They work closely with staff, customers and stakeholders to ensure open communication about LINZ's responsibilities.
