Standards

These standards, written by the Property Regulatory Group and the Commissioner of Crown Lands, set out how a particular aspect of Crown property work is to be undertaken. Note that these standards are detailed technical documents.

Crown Property Standards

These Crown Property Standards set out the requirements for the acquisition, management and disposal of Crown property under the Public Works Act 1981, New Zealand Railways Corporation Restructuring Act 1990 and other related legislation.

Crown Pastoral Land Act 1988 Standards
