Landonline fees and charges are covered by the following New Zealand regulations:

• Land Transfer Amendment Regulations 2007
• Land Information New Zealand (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2007
• Cadastral Survey (Fees) Regulations 2007.

The current set of fees became effective on 1 September 2007.
