Seeking Clarification or Review of Titles or Survey Rejection/Requisition
If one of your lodgements has been rejected or requisitioned by LINZ and you would like a further explanation:
- Please contact LINZ on 0800 ONLINE (0800 665 463) and they will arrange for an explanation to be provided. Please ensure that you have the dealing or plan number on hand.
If you wish to seek a review of the reasons for a requisitioned or rejected item:
- Please complete a "Review of Rejection/Requisition Reasons" form and forward this to the Processing Centre Manager of the office where the item was lodged. Processing Centre addresses are given on the form.
- You can obtain a copy of the form by selecting one of the links:

- The Processing Centre Manager, on receipt of the completed form, will have the matter investigated and the outcome of the review communicated to you.
- Please do not resubmit your dealing/plan until you have received a response from the Processing Centre Manager.
- Please include the fully completed form when resubmitting your dealing/plan.
