We use accredited suppliers to acquire and dispose of property under certain pieces of legislation, primarily the Public Works Act 1981.

Accreditation ensures our suppliers have the expertise and experience to carry out this work to a high standard.

To become accredited suppliers, applicants need to prove they have the technical competence to carry out the work, and have robust quality control and administrative systems.
