Land Valuation Tribunal Ruling

Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) thanks the Land Valuation Tribunal for its decision on the Minaret Station pastoral lease valuations.

LINZ has begun a detailed legal and valuation analysis of the decision and will be providing advice to the Minister for Land Information as a matter of urgency, General Manager Crown Property and Investment Brian Usherwood said.

"Given the broader implications for other leaseholders with cases before the Land Valuation Tribunal, we will keep leaseholders informed on how the Crown intends to move forward," Mr Usherwood said.
