Minaret Appeal Decision Deferred

A decision on whether or not to appeal the Land Valuation Tribunal’s decision on the “Minaret” case has been deferred by a week.

Land Information New Zealand said the Solicitor-General and the lawyers for Minaret Station had agreed to extend the appeal period.

More time was needed to examine the tribunal’s decision, the department said.
