Features that are not officially named can be identified by the fact that the association "currentOfficialName" is null.

The currentOfficialName for a Road should only be the same as the name of the ComplexRoad (of ComplexRoadType stateHighway) applying to all the RoadSectionCentreLines comprising that road, if no other name exists for the road.

Features having no names whether official or unofficial will have a NameList comprising unNamed instances only.

Features having no currentOfficialName, but one or more known other names will have a name list including an unnamed component and one or more otherName associations.

Features known to have a currentOfficialName, but which is unknown, and no other names, will have a NameList containing a single entry and a currentOfficialName association to a name of subtype "Unknown".

Features known to have a currentOfficialName, but which is unknown, but have one or more known other name will have a NameList containing multiple entries, a currentOfficialName association to a name of subtype "Unknown" and one or more otherName associations to names which are not of subtype Unknown.

Features with a known currentOfficialName but no other names will have a NameList containing a single entry and a currentOfficialName association to a name which is not of subtype Unknown.
