Geodetic Control & Maintenance Recommendation Form

LINZ relies on recommendations from surveyors and others working in local areas to identify and prioritise areas which require additional geodetic control or marks that require maintenance. Any information you have about the following can be submitted to LINZ using the form below:

  • developing areas that require increased geodetic control
  • areas where there are gaps and/or inconsistencies within the existing control, and
  • existing high order geodetic marks that require physical maintenance.

All recommendations received prior to 9 March will be considered for the 2011/2012 geodetic survey programme.
