Aftershocks Following the Fiordland Earthquake
Aftershocks in Fiordland up until mid-August, following the mainshock on 15 July 2009. The aftershocks, concentrated at either end of the main faulting area, are a mix of faulting mechanisms, reflecting the complexity of tectonics in the area.
