Manage your Product list panel

The Product list panel can be used to manage your active and saved lists.

What to do

Navigating your lists

Use the Product list panel to manage your active and saved lists.

Use the down arrow next to the Product list name to expand the panel to view and manage the following:

  1. The name of your current active list – this will show as No active list when no list is selected
  2. Notepad – select Notepad to start creating a new list that you can then later save
  3. Start new list – start a new saved list at any time
  4. Save as list – save the current active list with a new name
  5. Recent lists – shows the last 3 lists you worked on
  6. All saved lists – shows all your saved lists. You can have up to 25 saved lists.
  7. Close an active list – closes the active list you are in currently. Closing a list will revert an updated client reference to your default.

Use the down arrow next to the Product list name to expand the panel to view and manage the options

Navigating your cart and orders

The three icons along the top of the Product list panel are:

  1. List view – This shows all the items in your active list.
  2. Cart view – This shows the items you have selected to order in your active list. Note: when you select items in the list view, the number of items you have selected will be shown in a small blue circle at the top of the cart icon.
  3. Recent orders – shows your recent orders. See also View recent orders of property records

When you have an active list, the list view and cart view will only display items from that list. If you change what list you currently have active, that will also change what is displayed in the list and cart views.

Understanding the Panel list footer

When you have an active list open, at the bottom of the panel, you will see a button for ordering selected items, the Client reference and today’s spend.

When you have an active list open, at the bottom of the panel, you will see a button for ordering selected items, the Client reference and today’s spend

When you have an active list, editing the client reference here will update the client reference saved against that list. Fees are charged to the client reference that is active when a purchase is made.

Closing the Product list panel

Close the Product list panel by selecting the Product list icon in the header or the X button in the top right-hand corner.
