Decision on Nutritek Overseas Pte Ltd's Bid to Increase its Shareholding in New Zealand Dairies Ltd

The Finance Minister, Michael Cullen and the Minister for Land Information, David Parker, have given Nutritek consent to increase its shareholding in New Zealand Dairies Limited.
