New Ministerial Directive Letter Issued

The Minister of Finance has issued a new Directive letter to the Overseas Investment Office (OIO).

The new letter sets out the general policy direction of the Government, along with information on other matters relating to the regulator's functions, powers and duties. The letter takes effect from 4 September 2009. It supersedes the previous directive letter, dated 31 October 2007.
