Find out about applications for consent to invest in sensitive New Zealand assets, and find resources published by the Overseas Investment Office (OIO).
The Overseas Investment Office is reviewing the appropriateness of "land purchasing programme” applications which involve a series of closely related transactions that are treated substantially as one. Until this review is completed the Overseas Investment Office will not be accepting any further "land purchasing programme” applications.
