Example ownership structure diagram explanation

This diagram depicts an example of an ownership structure of applicant and vendor companies, as described in the preceeding image text. The diagram has two lead boxes indicating percentage of Australian and New Zealand ownership and then a breakdown of that ownership. The lines that link each box in the table then indicate a further breakdown in  the percentage  of overseas and New Zealand ownership. The exact text in each box, from screen left to right, then down, reads:

Box one: Australia 37.5%

Box two: New Zealand 62.5%
