Treaty of Waitangi Settlement Place Names for Te Roroa

Pursuant to the Te Roroa Claims Settlement Act 2008, the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa today gazetted six new and altered official geographic place names. The names take effect on 20 November 2008. You can read the full notice in the decisions of the NZGB.

Altered place names:

• Mirowharara Stream
