Description

South-western extremity of the South Island, east of Lake Hakapoua and west of Lake Poteriteri, topographic map 260-B46 & B47-Puysegur, height 1189m at GR 465 353. Geodetic mark, coded A0AH, named ‘T MT AITKEN’, and not beaconed, is located at the summit.
