  • This name proposal was published in the New Zealand Gazette, newspapers and the Gazette Notice 26 August 2010.
  • One of 22 proposals for Porirua suburbs and localities
  • Rānui is now the official geographic name, as published in the New Zealand Gazette on 3 November 2011, and in relevant newspapers.

Description

A suburb of Porirua. NZTopo50 BP31-Porirua, GR 553 436 and NZTopo50 BP32-Paraparaumu, GR 560 436.
