Gazette Notice - Assignment of a Reserve
18 August 2011
Under Section 4(1) of the Marine Reserves Act 1971, the Governor-General, by Order-in-Council under the Marine Reserve (Tāwharanui) Order 2011, assigns a name of the marine reserve described in the Schedule below.
The marine reserve and its name shall take effect on 15 September 2011, as provided in the Order-in-Council, to be known as the Tāwharanui Marine Reserve.
