This interim standard sets out the requirements for complying with the provisions of Part 2, Subpart 3 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011.
This is a new standard for dealing with marine and coastal reclamations. LINZ must use this interim standard when dealing with applications for, and the vesting of interest in, marine and coastal reclaimed land.
