Seek Clarification of a Manual Dealing Rejection/Requisition

If your lodgement has been rejected or requisitioned by LINZ and you would like a further explanation please contact LINZ on 0800 ONLINE (0800 665 463). LINZ will arrange for an explanation to be provided. Please ensure that you have the dealing number on hand.

If you wish to seek a review of the reasons for a requisitioned or rejected item please complete a "Review of Manual Dealing Rejection/Requisition Reasons" form and email it to customersupport@linz.govt.nz.

The relevant LINZ Area Manager, on receipt of the completed form, will have the matter investigated and the outcome of the review communicated to you. Please do not resubmit your dealing until you have received a response from the Area Manager. Please include the fully completed form when resubmitting your dealing.
