Summary

This guideline has been issued by the Registrar-General of Land to ensure that applications received by LINZ under the Affiliate Te Arawa Iwi and Hapu Claims Settlement Act 2008 are dealt with correctly.  It focuses primarily on the provisions of the Act that impact on the registration process and covers registration requirements and memorial formats.
