Landonline fees and charges are covered by the following New Zealand regulations:

• Land Transfer Regulations 2002
• Land Information New Zealand (Fees and Charges) Amendment Regulations 2009
• Cadastral Survey (Fees) Regulations 2003.

The current set of fees became effective on 11 September 2009.
