Christchurch Request Manual Copy Orders on Hold

Following the recent earthquake in Christchurch, a number of Request Manual Copy orders for off-site records will not be processed at this time.

This applies to records for the following regions:

• Canterbury
• Marlborough
• Nelson
• Westland
• Otago
• Southland.

LINZ's service provider is unable to safely enter their warehouse premises due to earthquake damage.

All requests will be attended to once business resumes, however there is currently no timeframe available. Any significant updates will be published on this website.
