LINZ Christchurch Office Relocation

Land Information New Zealand’s Christchurch Office is relocating to new premises from Monday 15 November. Business will continue as usual, with the exception of delays on some record requests.

New office location

The office at 195 Hereford Street in Christchurch will close at 4pm on Thursday 11 November. From 9am on Monday 15 November 2010, the office will operate from the new location at 112 Tuam St, Christchurch.

Please note: Friday 12 November is a regional holiday for Canterbury Anniversary Day.

Access to records

Due to packing and transportation of records, the provision of copies of field books and traverse books from now until 12 November may require a longer turnaround.

Search room access for field books and traverse books is also unavailable during this time.

Records should be ordered through the request manual copy process if you are a Landonline customer or via the Land Record Order Form if you are not a Landonline customer.
