Following the recent earthquake in Christchurch, please be aware that all Request Manual Copy orders received for all Christchurch records will not be processed at this time, including those held off site.

This applies to records for the following regions:

• Canterbury
• Marlborough
• Nelson
• Westland
• Otago
• Southland

Requests will be attended to once business is resumed. At this stage we have no timeframe available, but will keep you informed of any significant updates.
