The decrease in processing performance through May and June was expected as a result of the new Cadastral Survey rules introduced in late April. Over 3000 CSDs were lodged through April (1594) & May (1444) having a major impact on processing times – normal monthly CSD lodged volumes usually average approximately 800. Processing performance is back on track for July.
