Corporate Group

The Corporate Group leads change and improvement projects that support LINZ to be high performing, provides specialist and technical advice on how to deliver what is important to LINZ, and provides services critical to the functioning of LINZ.
Crown Property Group

As the Crown’s land manager, we are the guardians of two million hectares of land around New Zealand. We have the second largest landholding of any Crown agency.
Location Information Group

Location Information is about the data used to tell us where things are. From addresses, maps and nautical charts to survey marks and satellite navigation, it's essential for many activities and industries.
Policy and Overseas Investment Group

The Policy and Overseas Investment business group brings together LINZ’s policy function with a key regulatory role – the Overseas Investment Office.
Property Rights Group

The Property Rights Group focuses on the continued delivery of a world-class survey and title system.
Strategy and Stewardship Group

Strategy and Stewardship leads the development and execution of LINZ strategy and stewardship responsibilities. This includes leading our business strategy, and overseeing stewardship of regulatory systems and our strategic stakeholders and customers – including Māori and iwi.
Property System Infrastructure Group

The Property System Infrastructure Group works on ensuring LINZ has a clear focus on the infrastructure needs of our world-class survey and title system, including placing customers at the centre of its processes.
