Toitū Te Whenua LINZ gender pay gap action plan for 2021/22.

In previous years the pay gap focus of the Public Service centred largely on gender. With the recent release of Kia Toipoto, a new approach understanding and addressing pay gaps has been established. Kia Toipoto seeks to build on what a has been accomplished already and in addition to gender also close, Māori, Pacific, and ethnic pay gaps.

In recognising the aspirations of Kia Toipoto, Toitū Te Whenua will continue its work to eliminate the gender pay gap and work towards the design of a new action plan 2022/2023 that promotes inclusive practice, a culture of equality, opportunity, and achievement for all people.
