Re-centre the map and add objects to product list
In most info panels you can:
- re-centre the map with the locate icon
- add the selected object to the Product list.
The info panel can be collapsed by selecting the small arrow in the top left corner of the info panel.
Locate icon
Select the Locate icon at the top of the info panel to re-centre the map on the selected parcel. We’re making further enhancements to this function.
Add to product list icon
Add to Product List icon is available for most objects.
Shift the map to see the info panel if it's blocked
If the info panel isn't fully displayed or is blocked by the toolbar:
- left-click on the map
- hold the left mouse button down and drag the map to re-centre the info panel.
Use Info panel for Parcels to access Parcel or Related title
Select a parcel in the map to activate an info panel that that allows you to select Parcel or Related title, displays the following and has links to further information:
- Lot number
- Parcel ID
- Appellation
- Total area
- Legal Description
- Non-survey def
- Status
- Topology Class
- Parcel intent
View summary for Parcel or Related title
The bottom bar of the info panel has links to the full summary information for the parcel and / or the related title. If there are multiple related titles, the number in brackets shows how many titles are linked to the selected parcel.
Selecting either Parcel or Related title:
- opens the summary page on the left-hand side of the screen
- displays the full information of the parcel or title
- closes the info panel in the map.
Add Parcel or Related title to product list
Select Add to product list icon at the top of the info panel to add the selected Parcel or the Related title to the Product List.
A drop-down appears. Select the item you want to add to the product list.
You can also add the Parcel or Related title to the Product list from the Summary panel – select Add to product list in the middle of the screen.
Info panel for Survey References
Selecting a survey reference in the map activates an info panel that displays the following information:
- Survey Type
- Survey Purpose
- Survey Date
- Approval Date
- Deposit Date
- A link to view the full summary information for the survey.
Select the Add to Survey data extraction icon at the top of the info panel to add the survey reference to the Survey Data Extraction panel.
Info panel for Survey Marks
Selecting survey marks in the map activates an info panel that displays:
- Node ID
- Current mark name
- The geodetic mark code if the mark is a geodetic mark. Select the link to see the mark information found in the Geodetic database in a new tab
- Mark condition
- Proposed Order
- Mark type
- Beacon status
- Mark description
- Whether or not the mark has SDC status
- Category information
- Whether the mark also belongs to any other control networks
- A link to view the full summary information related to the mark.
Info panel for Cadastral Vectors
Selecting cadastral vectors in the map activates an info panel that displays:
- Vector id
- Which survey type created the vector, Cadastral or Geodetic
- The node the vector starts from
- The node the vector goes to
- The survey number of the survey that last used the mark
- Vector bearing
- Vector distance
- Any applicable geodetic class
- The date the vector was created
- The equipment used to measure the vector
- Calculated vector distance
- Co-ordinate system
- A link to view the full summary information related to the vector.
