Create a dealing and prepare instruments

The first step in an e-dealing is to create your dealing in Landonline, and add and prepare your instruments.

To set up a dealing in Landonline, you'll need to know the instruments, affected titles and names of all parties who are part of the transaction.

If you're a new Landonline user, refer to the e-dealing user guide before you begin setting up your dealing.

Add instruments to your dealing

A dealing can include any combination of instruments. Enter the instrument code or choose from the drop-down list in the 'Create dealing' screen in Landonline Check the pages below for instrument codes and fees.

You can have up to:

  • 50 instruments per dealing
  • 300 titles per instrument
  • 350 titles per dealing.
