What you need to know about the Landonline Spatial window changes

What is changing

We are replacing the software that presents the “map” in the spatial window, to a more modern and supported platform. We’ve built and tested the new spatial window, and are now piloting it with a group of Surveyors to ensure it is fit for purpose.

What this means for you

What you use the spatial window for won’t change e.g. Searches, Survey capture and Plan Generation. However the way you use the spatial functions will change.

Training

We’ll develop detailed training materials to help you adapt to using the new spatial window.  The training materials will be released via this page, 3 weeks prior to the changes going live.

When the training is released, we recommend that users should at a minimum read the “quick reference guide” and FAQs, for each of the functionalities that specifically relate to your role.

The below table outlines how and when we’ll notify you of the confirmed go live date for the new spatial window, and release of the training materials.
