Issue 134

This month we inform you about the planned Landonline upgrade; and the publication of the Surveyor-General's guidelines in the KnowledgeBase on the LINZ website.

Landonline upgrade planned

All Landonline users

We’re planning an upgrade to the infrastructure that supports Landonline, which means you’ll soon see two options for logging on. One will be for the current, unchanged system, and the second is to use an upgraded version. The upgrade doesn’t affect the way you use Landonline or your transactions, but is important for ensuring the system remains up to date and reliable.

We’re currently testing this upgrade and will share the new log on in the coming weeks. We’ll be in touch with all customers once dates have been confirmed.

Surveyor-General publishes guidelines in the LINZ KnowledgeBase

The interpretation guidelines relating to the Rules for Cadastral Survey 2010 have been updated, merged and published as articles in the KnowledgeBase on the LINZ website. These guideline articles supersede the cadastral guidelines previously published as downloadable documents on the LINZ website.

Having the guidelines in the KnowledgeBase should make it easier to find the information you’re looking for.  It will also enable us to update the guidelines more readily so that the most current information will be available for you online.
