Changes to Landonline Logon

We’re making some changes to the infrastructure that supports Landonline, and from Monday 12 June 2017, you’ll see two options for logging on to Landonline.

One is for the current, unchanged system, and the second is to use an upgraded platform.

We expect the upgraded platform to provide better performance for those undertaking complex transactions.

What do you need to do?

We encourage you to begin using the upgrade as soon as it’s available to ensure it’s compatible for your system. On 30 July 2017 we will remove the option to use the current, unchanged system.

For most customers, this is as easy as simply clicking on the second logon. The upgrade doesn’t change the way you use Landonline once you have logged on. Signing users will need to take an extra step.

Signing users

If you’re a signing user, you will need to download and re-install the DigiSign software before you can use the new log on. This will take 5-10 minutes.
