LINZ’s Performance Improvement Framework Review now available

LINZ’s PIF Report 2018 rates our performance as an organisation and offers advice on how we can make an even greater contribution to New Zealand,” says Chief Executive, Andrew Crisp. 

“I am pleased the reviewers are confident in LINZ and have endorsed the priorities and challenges we’ve set ourselves for the next few years.”

The Report rates LINZ across three broad categories – our ability to respond to Government priorities; how well we undertake our core business; and the effectiveness of our organisational performance.

“Over the next few months we will be discussing the Report in detail to identify the critical things that LINZ can do to make an even bigger difference to our customers and the issues that matter most to Kiwis.”

PIF reviews are carried out across public agencies and are designed to help organisations set and achieve goals for the future and also to reflect on their performance. LINZ leaders, staff and stakeholders were interviewed as part of the process.
