People have recently been waiting longer than usual to reach our contact centre through the 0800 number and regular email address.
We are working to reduce these wait times and we now have additional staff in place to respond to calls and emails.
Wait times have increased over recent weeks because we lost some key contact centre staff. We have been training new people and redeployed others to meet demand.
The actions we’ve taken have already reduced wait times, and we expect our service to continue to improve over coming weeks.
