Queenstown Hotel Investments Limited (the Applicant) applied for LINZ consent to acquire approximately 8,443 square metres of land at 146 Arthurs Point Road, Queenstown as required under S12(1)(a)(i) of the Overseas Investment Act. This application has been assessed under the Benefit to New Zealand – Sensitive Land test.
