Interim guidance prepared by the Surveyor-General to assist applicant groups to prepare maps that meet the requirements of section 109(4)(a) of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011. The guidance will assist the mapping of recognition orders as required by this Act, and was issued on 14 April 2022.
