What is a sensitive land certificate?

A sensitive land certificate is a document that tells us about the features and qualities of an area of land. If you are applying for consent to acquire any sensitive land, you must provide us with a sensitive land certificate. If you are unsure whether the land you wish to acquire is sensitive land, a sensitive land certificate will clarify this for you.

Who provides sensitive land certificates?

The certificates are prepared, using our templates, by people with specialist knowledge, such as:
