This standard is effective from 23 February 2009.
This standard aims to ensure that persons who have delegated authority from the RGL to correct the Register make corrections in a manner that:
(a) is transparent, fair, and procedurally sound, and
(b) does not override or adversely affect the rights of registered proprietors or interest holders.
This standard supersedes LINZ 2003, RGL Standard 13.2: Corrections to the Register, Registrar-General of Land, LINZ, Wellington.
