This guideline ensures that applications received by Toitū Te Whenua under the Whakarewarewa and Roto-a-Tamaheke Vesting Act 2009, and parts of the Affiliate Te Arawa Iwi and Hapu Claims Settlement Act 2008, are dealt with correctly. It was issued by the Registrar-General of Land.
